Historical reverb abounds the Blackfriars area. Although, at the time there were constant attacks on the theatre and all that it represented to moral attitudes, and about Blackfriars, to the congestion and upheaval that took place on performance nights, one can't help noticing that regeneration is, when it's done properly pays homage to the past.
